As the driving force behind Compassionate Care Solutions and The Care Home at Foxcroft, Amy Pridgen, RN, embodies a passion for serving the elderly in our community. With a background as a Registered Nurse, Amy’s journey to forming Compassionate Care Solutions was fueled by a deep-seated desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.

In her role as Owner, Director, Administrator, and Service Supervisor, Amy ensures that both Compassionate Care Solutions and The Care Home at Foxcroft uphold the highest standards of care and compassion. Her leadership and dedication have created an environment where clients and residents receive personalized, attentive care tailored to their individual needs.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Amy finds joy in her family life with her husband, Stevie, and their two daughters. When she’s not immersed in her work, Amy enjoys making memories with her family, attending concerts, and cheering on her youngest daughter at sports events.

Amy’s unwavering commitment to enhancing the quality of life for the elderly in our community shows through her tireless efforts at Compassionate Care Solutions and The Care Home at Foxcroft.

Janice Pridgen

Owner, Manager

As the Owner/Manager of Compassionate Care Solutions, Janice Pridgen brings a deeply ingrained passion for caregiving to her role. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, Janice’s commitment to providing compassionate care is unparalleled.

Janice oversees operations at The Care Home at Foxcroft, where she not only manages the facility but also works hands-on as a caregiver. Caregiving runs in her DNA, and she is dedicated to ensuring that every resident feels loved and valued under her watch.

Outside of her professional duties, Janice finds much joy in spending time with her family and her loyal companions, Buddy, her dog,  and Daisy, her chicken, She is also an avid supporter of the Duke Blue Devils, cheering them on during games whenever she can.

Janice’s dedication and genuine care for others make her an invaluable asset to Compassionate Care Solutions, ensuring that residents receive the highest level of care and support.

Wendy Winborne

Operations Manager/Long Term Care Specialist

As the Operations Manager for Compassionate Care Solutions, Wendy plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication within the organization. Her responsibilities include handling phone calls, managing the caregiver schedule, and serving as an insurance billing specialist.

Wendy’s journey with Compassionate Care Solutions began as a caregiver, where she utilized her passion for providing care to those in need. Her dedication and hard work led her to transition into the role of secretary before assuming her current multifaceted position.

Outside of her professional duties, Wendy finds joy in spending time with her husband, Tommy, and their two fur babies, Reecee and Stud. She loves beach trips and delights in all things that sparkle.

Wendy’s commitment and attention to detail ensures that every aspect of the organization runs seamlessly.

Teri Webb

Media Manager

With over three decades of experience in the healthcare industry, Teri Webb brings a wealth of experience to her role as Media Manager at Compassionate Care Solutions. Her journey within the organization began as a caregiver, where she demonstrated her commitment to caring for our clients. Teri’s dedication and organizational skills saw her transition to the role of Client Services Manager before assuming her current position.

Teri’s background in healthcare, along with firsthand experience within our organization, uniquely positions her to effectively communicate the mission and values of Compassionate Care Solutions. Outside of work, Teri loves spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and she also enjoys participating  in her church’s children’s ministry.
