1. Deposit for Waiting List

Compassionate Care Home at Foxcroft requires $500 in consideration of placement on the waiting list for a room, which shall be applied to Community Fee upon acceptance.

2. Refund - 100%

You may terminate this Application at any time and relinquish your position on the Waiting List or be determined by Compassionate Care Home at Foxcroft to be unable to meet the reasonable residency requirements established. Upon written request for withdrawal from the Waiting List or determination of non-acceptance,$500 will be refunded within 30 days of the receipt of the request.

3. Position on Waiting List and Notification

Applicants will be placed on the Waiting List in the order applications are received with the deposit. When a room becomes available, applicants will be contacted to either accept or decline the room. Should you decline the room, but still wish to remain on the list, you will maintain your position on the list. Compassionate Care Home at Foxcroft will notify you of availability verbally and in written communication. You must accept or decline in writing.

4. Requirements for Residency

This application does not guarantee acceptance. Admission criteria must be met in order to be considered for residency.

To complete your application for the Wait List, please submit a 100% refundable (or applied to your community fee) check for $500, per person, made out to "Compassionate Care Home at Foxcroft" and returned to 2413 Foxcroft Rd. Wilson, NC 27896. Payments may also be made by ACH bank transfer via the emailed invoice. We do not accept credit cards.

I understand that all information supplied will become a part of the agreement I will make with Compassionate Care Home at Foxcroft at the time I become a resident. I understand that any misrepresentation, concealment, or omission may cause the agreement to be voided, and that all the information in this application will be maintained in confidence by Compassionate Care Home at Foxcroft.
